_A NEW BAUHAUS? The project seeks to celebrate the collaborative spirit of the Bauhaus by showcasing and reinterpretinig the marketplace as a flexible spatial integration of workshops and exhibittion spaces that facilitate the rich exchange among artisans and the industry.
A marketplace is conceived as a ring around the site boundaries - formed by a tight weave of workplaces and exhibition spaces below centralised dormitory blocks that surrounds the central exhibition space set amongst a landscaped courtyard.
